The third ship of the convoy was in reality a passenger ship that during World War II was used for the transport of goods. Like the Isonzo the Loredan sank very fast. In this tragedy almost all the members of the crew lost their lifes. The wreck is leaning on the left side. The stern is entirely destroyed, which gives a very good view of the inside of the wreck. The engine and the boiler are also visible. The right side of the wreck is entirely covered with red and yellow gorgonians and spectacular multi coloured sponges. Due to the high depth of the wreck it is only suitable for advanced underwater experts.
