Terraced houses in Mari Pintau - Geremeas
Estate: Located in the midst of the luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation embedded on the slope of a hill, you can enjoy the splendid view of the sea
sight and the "Golfo degli Angeli" (gulf of the angels). The residence is built in typical Sardinian style surrounded by Bougainvillea and other flowers. It
consists of terraced houses with veranda from which you can enjoy the fantastic view. The houses are furnished in a pleasant and functional way. The distance to the beach (fine sand beach) and to the diving centre is
approximately 900 meters.
Types of houses:
Bilo 2: Bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, veranda
Bilo 4: On one or two levels, bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two persons, bathroom, veranda
Trilo 5:Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk beds or two individual beds, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for one person, veranda
Trilo 6:On one or two levels, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk beds or two individual beds, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two persons, one or two bathrooms, veranda
The number behind the description of the houses stands for the maximum number of beddings. If desired an additional bed can be placed (see price list)
Existing (pay) services on place (seasonally limited): kiosk- bar- tobacco business, restaurant pizzeria, open-air swimming pool,
riding stable, tennis and “calcetto” (mini football) courts, diving center, discotheque, beach service (about 500 – 1000 m):

Mandatory additional costs
Final cleaning: Bilo2 = €40, Bilo4 = €50, Trilo 5/6 = €60
The kitchenette must be
cleaned by the tenant, otherwise an addition of €52 will be charged
Weekly costs: Bilo2 = €40, Bilo4 = €65, Trilo5/6 = 80 .
The prices are per house and contain the consumptions for water, gas, electricity
Facultative additional costs ( please request with the booking)
Laundry: €10 per set of bed linen, €10 per set of towels
Additional bed/cradle: €40 per week (3° and 7°)
Animals: permitted + cleaning 20€
Parking lot: available
Terraced houses in Kala e Moru – Geremeas 
Estate: The residence is located directly at the sea at one of the most beautiful Sardinian coasts. The houses are 100-600m away from the beach or diving center.
House types:
Bilo 2: Bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchenette, bathroom
Bilo 4: Bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two persons, bathroom
Trilo 5/6: Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two individual beds or bunk beds, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for one or two persons, bathroom
Quadri 6: On one or two levels, bedroom with double bed and two bedrooms with each two single or bunk beds, living room with kitchenette, bathroom (prices on request)

We can offer you also indipendend houses or villas. Because of the differences in size, design and locations it is not possible to mention them here. If you did not find the right house thereby, send us a message and we will try to find something according to your desires. It is to remark that the months July and August are booked out quickly. Therefore an early reservation is recommended for these periods.
